What does beta actually mean?

Beta means you get full access to the platform completely free while we build and refine it. You use it, you give us feedback, we make it better. No payment info required, no commitment.

How do my members access it?

Once your chapter is onboarded, every officer gets their own login. Members can be added to the roster by your treasurer or president — no technical setup required.

What happens after beta?

Founding chapters lock in at $49/month — forever. That rate never goes up as long as you stay. Chapters who join after beta will pay the standard rate of $199/month.

Does this work for sororities too?

Yes — ChapterCo works identically for IFC fraternities, NPC sororities, and NPHC chapters. The platform adapts to your chapter type during onboarding.

What does the AI actually do?

The AI scores your PNMs in real time, predicts dues delinquency before it happens, generates weekly officer briefings, and gives your exec board specific action items every Monday morning.
